Shipping Policy All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If I anticipate any delay in the shipment of your order I will contact you via email. Please Note: Bespoke, made to order items delivery times are stated on the description. These can be anything from one to three even four weeks. Although every effort is made to dispatch bespoke items earlier than those stated within their description, this cannot be guaranteed. Return Policy Return Policy As per your statutory rights, returns are acceptable provided contact with intention to return is made within 7 days upon receiving your order. Over the Christmas season this “intention to return notice” is extended to 14 days when purchasing gifts. Returns must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in original condition (including all labels/tags intact). Refunds are dependent upon adhering to the above conditions Refunds Once your item is received it will be inspected. As soon as the item has been inspected you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Return Shipping Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning an item for any reason other than it was damaged/faulty on receipt. If the item is being returned simply because of a change of mind, There will be a restocking fee of 25%. This restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.. If your item was received damaged please take photographs and keep all documentation so that a claim against the delivery company can be made. No claim for damaged items can be accepted without proof and/or outside of the 7 day return period. PLEASE NOTE: No returns are accepted for bespoke, made to order items. If, however, the item has been received damaged the above action regarding proof must be adhered to and upon conclusion of any claim in full against the delivery company a refund can be made.
